Privacy Policy for Enchanta

1. Introduction
Enchanta ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
2. Information We Collect
We Collect (with your consent via App Tracking Transparency):
- Game progress and save data (stored locally)
- Purchase history (for in-app purchases)
- Usage analytics via Firebase, Meta, and TikTok (only with ATT approval)
- Device advertising identifier (IDFA) - only with ATT approval
- User ID (randomly generated UUID for analytics)
- App events (launches, purchases, check-ins) - for ad campaign optimization
- App performance and crash data
We Do NOT Collect:
- Your name or email (unless you contact support)
- Location data
- Contacts or photos
- Data from other apps
- Any tracking data if you deny tracking permission
3. How We Use Your Data
- Save your game progress
- Process in-app purchases
- Improve app performance and fix bugs
- Measure advertising campaign effectiveness (only with your consent)
- Provide customer support
- Send daily reminder notifications (if enabled)
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored:
- Locally on your device (encrypted)
- Optionally in iCloud (if enabled)
- We do NOT store personal data on our servers
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. Tracking services are ONLY active if you grant permission via App Tracking Transparency:
Apple App Store
Purpose: Payment processing for in-app purchases
Privacy Policy: Apple Privacy Policy
Firebase Analytics (Google)
Purpose: App performance monitoring, crash reporting, and usage analytics
Data collected: App events, device info, crash logs

Meta (Facebook) SDK
Purpose: Advertising analytics and campaign measurement
Data collected: App events, device ID (IDFA), user actions (app installs, purchases, check-ins)
Only active after ATT approval

Opt-out: Deny tracking permission or change in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
TikTok Business SDK
Purpose: Advertising analytics and campaign measurement
Data collected: App events, device ID (IDFA), user actions (app installs, purchases, check-ins)
Only active after ATT approval

Opt-out: Deny tracking permission or change in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Important: Meta and TikTok tracking ONLY works if you grant tracking permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT). If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", these SDKs will be completely disabled.
5a. App Tracking Transparency
We use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. On first launch, you'll see a prompt asking for tracking permission:
- "Allow" - Enables Firebase, Meta, and TikTok analytics for personalized ads and better app experience
- "Ask App Not to Track" - Only minimal Firebase analytics (no IDFA, no Meta, no TikTok)
You can change your choice anytime:
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Enchanta
6. Push Notifications
We may send you local push notifications:
- Daily Reward Reminder (12:00 PM) - only if you haven't checked in
- Streak Warning (20 hours after check-in) - to help maintain your streak
- No night-time notifications (moved to 9:00 AM if would occur between 10 PM - 9 AM)
You can disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings → Notifications → Enchanta.
7. Your Rights
- Delete your data anytime (by deleting the app or using "Clear All Data" in Account settings)
- Opt-out of tracking (deny ATT permission or change in iOS Settings)
- Disable notifications (in iOS Settings)
- Request data copy (contact support at enchanta.app@gmail.com)
8. Children's Privacy
Our app is rated 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.
