By downloading and using Enchanta, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Enchanta is an interactive romance story app with:

• Interactive story experiences
• Choice-based gameplay
• Premium content via in-app purchases
• Optional subscription service

3. Eligibility

• You must be 13+ to use this app
• Users under 18 require parental consent

4. In-App Purchases

Virtual Currency:

• Coins have no real-world value
• Non-refundable (except as required by law)
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Subscriptions:

• Auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Manage in iOS Settings
• No refunds for partial periods

5. User Conduct

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use automated tools or bots
• Attempt to bypass payment systems

6. Content Ownership

All stories, characters, and artwork are owned by us. You do not acquire ownership rights.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for lost data or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these terms.
