1. Open Enchanta app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Restore Purchases
4. Wait for confirmation

How do I get free coins?

Earn up to 120 coins per week by checking in daily!
Open the app → Daily Rewards → Check In
Rewards increase with your streak!

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Open iOS Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Enchanta
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

My progress was lost, what do I do?

If you enabled iCloud sync, your progress should restore automatically.
If not, please email us with your device details.

How do I report a bug?

Email us at enchanta.app@gmail.com with:
• Your device model
• iOS version
• Description of the bug
• Screenshots (if possible)

How do I request a refund?

All refunds are handled by Apple:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find Enchanta purchase
